One of the upsides of then COVID pandemic is that there’s been some really great cuts of Aussie meat on the market. So in collaboration with AussieBeef.com.au, Black Bear BBQ and Men At Work, we produced a series of fantastic videos to teach punters how to cook some of these primal cuts.

This was a great shoot, with not only Haydn being fantastic talent and the great product, but also the fact that the Black Bear BBQ site out at Vineyard has the exact rustic feel that you want for a barbecue video.

The smoke and lighting really helped to make the product pop off the screen.
