Aussiebeef Butcher Shoot

In this shoot with Aussiebeef.com.au and Men At Work, we spoke with Aussie Beef Resident Butcher Gary Bitmead to teach chefs and punters alike, where exactly each cut of beef comes from on the animal.

In addition to the videos (which are yet to post) we got some fantastic product shots that were really engaging on their social channels.

We found that by spinning the products, you got a much better sense of the scale and physical dimension of the various cuts - not to mention looking really cool and catching the viewer’s eye!
